Register Definitive Map Modification Proposals
All surveying authorities are now required to keep electronic registers of all current applications for Definitive Map Modification Orders made to the County Council under section 53 (5) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (53B), and also Deposits of Statements, Maps and Declarations under section 31 (6) of the Highways Act 1980 (31A).
