The council owns and manages a number of garage sites throughout the county. The plots are for the erection of garages for domestic use and are let on an annual basis with tenants responsible for erecting their own garage. The annual rent for a garage plot is £50. This is reviewed annually.
Brick-built garages are managed by the local housing service provider.
